Consumer protection

These general terms and conditions of purchase apply to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer make with kiparapackraft.com. In order to safeguard your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the Personal Data Act are followed for all purchases made on kiparapackraft.com In the event of a dispute between kiparapackraft.com and you as a customer, general complaint recommendations follow.

Order confirmation/delivery

Once you have ordered your goods, an email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase confirming that we have received your order. This order confirmation also serves as your receipt and can be useful to keep in case you need to contact our customer service. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that your email address is correct and let us know so that we can resend the confirmation.

Delivery time is normally 5-6 days if the products are in stock.

Unclaimed package

It is up to the customer to enter a valid and correct delivery address. If kiparapackraft.com receives back a package that has been sent to the wrong address, or has not been collected, the customer must pay for new shipping. We will also charge the customer a fee of NOK 300 for costs we incur. When we get the package back, kiparapackraft.com will send an email to the customer at the email address provided, inform the customer and await a response. The postal service's lead time is approximately 7 days from the time the package arrives at the delivery point.

Payment methods

You can choose card payment (Visa/Mastercard), partial payment or invoice. The customer's card will be charged immediately upon dispatch of the order.

Pricing

All prices are in Norwegian kroner. All prices on kiparapackraft.com include Norwegian VAT (25%). For Swedish customers, Norwegian VAT will be deducted automatically. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees that are stated separately. kiparapackraft.com reserves the right to continuously change prices on all items in the range, both at higher and lower prices. kiparapackraft.com reserves the right for products to be sold out, errors in images, product descriptions or technical specifications and incorrect prices, as well as price adjustments. kiparapackraft.com owns the right to correct any such errors and update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been set for an item, kiparapackraft.com will inform the customer for approval or possibly cancel the order. We reserve the right that products may be out of stock or have an incorrect balance. All campaigns at kiparapackraft.com are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Right of withdrawal/complaint

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.

The right of withdrawal applies provided that the item is kept in substantially unchanged condition and in cases where the item is sealed, this must be unbroken. Contact customer service for more information on how to return your goods. The consumer/customer is responsible for the shipping costs and handling fees for the return shipment, as well as the shipping costs for sending the package(s) to the customer. This amount will be deducted in the event of a return. We will also charge the customer a fee of NOK 300 for costs we incur.

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the risk of damage to the item. Therefore, it is important that the item is not damaged during transport. The item must be unused and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. The item remains in the customer's possession until we have received the return. All packages must be sent as a trackable parcel to a pickup point. Please note that returns should not be sent as a business package. If you have any questions regarding the right of withdrawal/returns, you are welcome to contact our customer service.

If there is a defect in the goods, the Buyer must notify the Seller within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered that he or she will invoke the defect. The buyer has always made a timely complaint if it occurs within 2 months of the defect being discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took possession of the goods.

Complaints & Warranty

Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint. The right of complaint does not, for example, include defects that arise due to normal wear and tear. Shipping costs for the return are kiparapackraft.com's responsibility upon presentation of a receipt. Please enclose the shipping receipt or a copy of it.

We recommend all our customers to send trackable parcels for customer safety. Please note that returns should not be sent as a business parcel. If you have any questions regarding complaints, you are welcome to contact our customer service.

Transport damage

kiparapackraft.com is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Complaints about transport damage must be made within a reasonable time from when you received the item. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the package is not damaged in transit.

Repayment

In the event of a complaint, right of withdrawal or returned purchase, the buyer will receive a refund within 30 days from the day kiparapackraft.com received the notification of the complaint or return in the same way as the customer paid.

Age limit

You must be over 18 years of age to shop at kiparapackraft.com without parental consent.
