Char is our best packraft with the best design and the best materials. This has proven to be a very safe choice for several years. Now we've made it even better! This new model uses 1000 denier Kevlar in the floor and 420 denier nylon 66 in the tubes. This is the most solid packraft we have ever made! The Char models are the same ones that Lars Monsen also sells in his stores under the name Karasjohka Ultra Light. He has therefore chosen the best packraft!
Char 245 is suitable for people up to 185 cm.

Super packraft with plenty of space and good load capacity. Comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. Very directionally stable compared to older models without fins.

Very sturdy packraft, good load capacity and many attachment points. Not too wide, good for paddling longer trips. Used a lot for fishing, very satisfied,
The spray cover goes high up the torso, and experiences Velcro as tight during my use.

This weekend I paddled from Frambu to Enebakk. This was a trip that turned out to be a bit demanding. Everything from small rapids with logs and rocks. We had to pass through thorn bushes and dead forest with sharp pointed branches. Marshes reed forest rain sun! So this was a trip with a capital T! At first I was nervous every time there was an obstacle! But after a couple of days you realized that this packraft was just laughing all the way 🤣😈 Bring it on mf! I'm going places I've never gone before. Throw it on my back attached to my backpack and just go! If you can't carry it, take the air out and pack it up. You inflate it in minutes! recommend this packraft 100%
